Grilled Portobello Napoleon
Portobello mushroom with, grilled roma tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese served on top of herbed polenta with tomato cream sauce and basil oil.

Coconut breaded shrimp with a brandied marmalade sauce served with vegetable and choice of potato or rice.

Lightly breaded sautéed rainbow trout served with a light lemon beurre blanc sauce, capers and choice of potato or rice.  

Toasted Walnut Crusted Trout
Rainbow trout crusted with walnuts served with garlic mashed potato and grapefruit beurre blanc sauce.  

Salmon Filet
With vanilla bourbon cream sauce.

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp seared in garlic white wine sauce with your choice of potato or rice.
